Brock’s an excellent technician. We all appreciate his can do attitude and friendly demeanor. Very professional. Mike in the back end/office is also great. Easy to talk to, fair and accommodating. So far we had done a couch, carpets and heavy rug cleaning with them. Happy with the service we got.
