Forrest did a wonderful job for is this morning. He was right on time and was courteous and helpful. He was honest about things that might happen and gave great examples. He went above and beyond making sure that our cat wouldn't get out and made sure we were updated on everything he was doing. What a great member of your team.

I realized right before I moved out of my apartment that I needed to get the carpet professionally cleaned and I’m so glad I chose Pure Clean. Jesus was my tech and he couldn’t have been kinder. I lived in a loft where he had to access the second floor via a ladder, so it wasn’t the easiest space. But Jesus did such an amazing job and even helped me move my mattress. 5 star service

Our technician, Forrest, was amazing! He went over all the different plans , showing what each offered. He was very thorough, and the carpets look fantastic! Highly recommend!!

These guys did a great job on my huge area rug! I didn't think it was an easy clean to clean a high loft shaggy rug made out of wool and cotton but they did a great job. They picked up my rug for free, and also dropped it off for free. This is such an amazing service to offer. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend using their services.

These guys did a great job on my huge area rug! I didn't think it was an easy clean to clean a high loft shaggy rug made out of wool and cotton but they did a great job. They picked up my rug for free, and also dropped it off for free. This is such an amazing service to offer. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend using their services.

I had a wonderful experience with PureClean! My cleaner, Josiah, went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. His diligence and attention to detail were incredible—he didn't rush through the job at all and made sure every spot was properly treated.
What I appreciated most was his customer education. Josiah took the time to explain the process, gave me some great tips on maintenance, and answered all my questions with a great attitude. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism. I’m incredibly happy with how clean the carpets look and will definitely be using them again.

Donovan did a great job on our carpets. He explained everything thoroughly. Our carpets look, smell, feel and are clean. This is the first time we have used porcelain and I am very satisfied. So glad a friend told me about them.

I am so happy with Pure Clean, from booking the appointment, to Forrest the technician coming out and completing the job. Forrest was prompt, efficient, and knew all aspects of cleaning my carpets and chair. I have signed up for next year and would highly recommend this company and Forrest.

They don’t list a price over the phone and they came out to do an estimate…only wanted one room cleaned and a couch. For the lowest package he quoted a cost of 837 dollars. We declined services.

The carpets looked like new after the cleaning that Josiah did. I wasn't there when he was doing the work, but he called me and gave me the quote in a polite and professional manner, and I was able to pay for it over the phone after he let himself in through the lockbox. I had not shopped around for prices since I had a gift certificate for PureClean. I have to say that I was shocked at the cost, but they did do an excellent job.
