Brock’s an excellent technician. We all appreciate his can do attitude and friendly demeanor. Very professional. Mike in the back end/office is also great. Easy to talk to, fair and accommodating. So far we had done a couch, carpets and heavy rug cleaning with them. Happy with the service we got.
Brock with Pure Clean was amazing & our carpets turned out great! We had him clean our slate entry too & were absolutely shocked at how colorful & beautiful the stones in the floor actually looked afterwards. Highly recommend at least twice yearly carpet cleans, especially if you have dogs.

Our tech was super friendly, in and out in 20 minutees… there was very little noise from the equipment. He also came on Sunday. High recommend. The carpets looks great.
