These guys did a great job on my huge area rug! I didn't think it was an easy clean to clean a high loft shaggy rug made out of wool and cotton but they did a great job. I used Pure Clean to clean all the carpets in our house to get it ready to sell. They did a great job of communicating when the job would start and when the technician would be there. Forrest was great! We did a walk thru and he listened to what I wanted to accomplish. I felt like he directed me to what would be best for what I was trying to accomplish. Honestly I didn't believe him when he said the carpet should be dry in about 6 hours. When he finished and I did the walk through, I was amazed at how dry the upstairs felt. I felt listened to and believe I got a good deal for what I wanted and would definitely use Pure Clean again!

Pureclean: My carpets are so very clean! Fur from my long-haired dog that was deep in the carpet was all pulled out. Important to me is that the products used are ech-friendly (non-toxic). Josiah who did this work was such a pleasure to have and was a superb communicator!! I will schedule my next carpet cleaning with Pureclean and highly recommended this company.

I have a furniture rental business and PureClean is my go to upholstery cleaner! I’ve been so happy with the result every time I work with these guys. From the office to the guys that picked up and delivered my furniture, Katie, Joanna, Gavin, Mike to name a few, everyone was so nice and professional. Their rug department is also the best! Pure Clean just cleaned the carpet in our Condo. The carpet had several stains from coffee and other food items, and very very heavy foot traffic stains.
Nathan did an awesome job of reviewing the work and clearly communicating on what results will likely come through (e.g. which stains may not come off and which will likely come off). He was quick, professional, courteous, and worked with a smile.

Brock with Pure Clean was amazing & our carpets turned out great! We had him clean our slate entry too & were absolutely shocked at how colorful & beautiful the stones in the floor actually looked afterwards. Highly recommend at least twice yearly carpet cleans, especially if you have dogs.
